Payment is structured as follows:
For projects over £800, installment payment plans may be available. Terms to be agreed upon before project commencement.
Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services until payment is received.
You are responsible for providing all required content, images, logos, and materials in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may affect project delivery timelines.
You agree to provide clear, timely feedback during the design process. The number of revision rounds will be specified in your project quote.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all work before final delivery. Once approved and delivered, additional changes may incur extra charges.
We will deliver work to professional standards as outlined in your project quote.
We provide ongoing support as specified in your service package. Additional support beyond the agreed scope may be charged separately.
We will keep your business information and project details confidential.
Upon full payment, you own the final website design and content. However, we retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Some websites may use third-party themes, plugins, or frameworks which are subject to their own licenses.
Until final payment is received, we retain all intellectual property rights to the work created.
If you cancel the project after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable as it covers work already completed.
We reserve the right to cancel a project and refund all payments if we determine we cannot meet your requirements.
Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you are unhappy with the work, we will make reasonable efforts to address concerns before considering refunds.
We can arrange hosting on your behalf or provide guidance for you to set up your own hosting. Ongoing hosting costs are separate from design fees.
Website maintenance services are available as an optional ongoing service with separate pricing.
You are responsible for domain name registration and renewal. We can assist with setup but do not manage domain renewals unless specifically agreed.
We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee specific business results, traffic, or revenue from your website.
Websites are built to work on modern browsers and devices. We cannot guarantee compatibility with outdated or obsolete browsers.
We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or plugins beyond our control.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
